Omega Speedmaster reduced watch

Omega’s Speedmaster Professional was the first – although not the only – watch on the moon. The Moonwatch remains the flagship of the Speedmaster collection. In order to reach a wider range of buyers, the Speedmaster Reduced was released in 1988. The case has a slightly smaller diameter of 38 mm and a different movement drives the hands in the automatic movement. The Omega Speedmaster Reduced presented here is made of stainless steel and has a solid gold bezel and is closely based on the Speedmaster Chronograph. This is also reflected in the white dial with contrasting gold-colored totalizers. In contrast to the original Moonwatch, the Speedmaster Reduced has the automatic movement of the caliber 1140. This is a watch from the first 1988 collection in good, polished condition.
