Maison Martin Margiela Silk belt

Super rare one of a kind silk pleated cummerbund/belt from Maison Martin Margiela. Numerical label circled on 11 (Line 11 started in Jan 2005: accessories for men and women). Purchased by seller April 14, 2006 from Le Bon Marche, Rive Gauche, 24 Rue de Sèvres, Paris (receipt submitted to Vestiaire) for 785 Euro. Tried on with my clothes, but never worn out. Absolutely stunning cummerbund. Rich deep navy blue. Incredibly soft and smooth silk. Stored in original box with linen wrapping until vintage. Tip! Would be absolutely gorgeous to wear with a wedding dress as something blue! Good to know: There are elastic sections between the pleated silk and the buckle fastening on each side. They are 1.5 inches when unstretched and stretch to 2.5 inches when stretched. This Medium size cummerbund will best fit waists measuring between 25 to 32 inches.
