This very unique, rare and very chic ICONIC Gucci Bamboo bag from 1960 was made exclusively for Ghislaine Deby. She had a luxury boutique in Brussels. From the 1960s, Gucci handbags were also sold in Belgium through the collaboration between Gucci and Deby, who acted as a franchisee for the brand. Three signed handbags are in the Hasselt Fashion Museum in Belgium. The bag is in excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. In the 1960s, these bags were made without a shoulder strap. I added one myself, it is an original Gucci shoulder strap. Bag comes with dust bag.
