Donna Karan Mid-length dress

Vintage 1990’s Donna Karan New York Silver Gray Wrap Dress with V-bottom, Decorative Sewn Waist Ties and Flared Skirt. The dress closes under the bust (about 71 cm) with 2 hooks and bars and a press-stud. Long ties wrap under the bust to the waist several times for a striking belt effect, but can also be simply in a bow / knot at the back for a more delicate look. The shoulder ties can be pulled to break the shoulder seam. In very good condition, no marks or tears on the fabric, worn once and kept in a storage bag. The dress was taken up with a double stitched hem; in a few areas the top inside edge missed the top stitch line. This can be stitched up although it is also fine as is (the jersey does not fray) and since it is the inside hem it is not visible. Maintenance instructions have been removed but are provided. The initial cost was $ 2,500. A beautiful dress for parties and weddings. Comes with Donna Karan hanger and zipped bag.
