Authentic vintage Cartier Tank Americaine 18K yellow gold watch, size moyen/ medium. with a 19mm x 35mm case. This beautiful piece is solid 18K gold with Roman numerals, has a genuine Sapphire accent & is water resistant. Very good condition, purchased from Cartier of Monaco, Monte Carlo. The gold is still shiny & the face is flawless. There are some very faint scratches on the gold bracelet. Cartier can polish them out if professionally cleaned. The Cartier box in the listing pictures did not come with this Tank Americaine, it came with my other Cartier watch. I am including it with the Tank Americaine purchase. Cartier does not make this Tank Americaine 18k yellow gold model with this bracelet anymore. Highly collectible piece.
