Saluting the brave and talented airman of the Royal Air Force Red Arrows, Breitling have released this stunning Breitling Avenger Automatic GMT 45 Red Arrows Limited Edition watch as part of their partnership. Since 1965, the Red Arrows have gained themselves a reputation as one of the greatest aerobatic display teams in the world, showcasing extraordinary abilities and beautifully representing the speed, agility and precision of the Royal Air Force. The famous ‘Diamond Nine’ shape formation of the Red Arrows is displayed on the dial of the limited edition watch at 9 o clock, a symbol that has come to represent the team’s operational excellence. Powering each of the functions on the dial is the Breitling Caliber 32, an automatic winding movement that has been COSC certified to be accurate to -4 to +6 seconds a day. The movement also provides a power reserve of 42 hours, hours, minutes and seconds hands, a date window and a red tipped GMT hand. The red accents found on the dark blue dial of the Breitling Avenger Automatic GMT 45 Red Arrows watch reflect the colours of the Royal Air Force while the hands and indexes are coated in Superluminova to provide easy legibility for pilots in low lit cockpits. The limited edition is presented in a 45mm stainless steel case equipped with a striking ratcheted unidirectional rotating bezel with a 60 minute scale and scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass treated with anti-reflective coating.
